Production commences with the weighing station, followed by single pot high-shear granulation, fluid-bed technology, container blending, sieving and milling station, tablet press and coating. The small batch production line is complemented by a washing room, suspension preparation room and in-process control room.
Each machine is installed in an open box guaranteeing ready accessibility for training and demonstration purposes, with simultaneous separation of the individual production stages.
