Continuous dry granulation has been an established process in the pharmaceutical industry for decades. It is not only applied for moisture- and emperature-sensitive materials, but also for large volume or herbal products, respectively. In comparison with classical wet granulation techniques, a sophisticated drying system is not necessary. This avoids large investments for production equipment and space, and it requires only low manufacturing costs.
Topics of this edition:
- New building plant 3
- Bohle coating technology
- Continuous twin screw wet granulation
and several interesting topics.
In the first phase, Plant 3 with an area of 3,700m2 will be built. The production space covers 2,600m2, while the remaining area is divided into 550m2 each of workshop and office space.
Sixty new jobs are being created at the Ennigerloh site. "The aim of investment is to further increase the company´s sales and to sfaeguard Ennigerloh as in industrial site in a sustainable way", Lorenz Bohle explained.
Bohle starts its reconstruction of plant three in Ennigerloh in October 2012.
On the area with the space of 20.000 m² the new production facility with 3.700 m² will be finished in autumn 2013.
Up to 60 new jobs will be created in plant three.
